Leadership doesn’t start with answers. It starts with better questions.
Every organization is investing in AI’s ability to answer questions, but far fewer are investing in leaders who know which questions matter most.
One thing we’ve noticed: leaders are good at addressing the organizational questions, things like, what’s our strategy? What’s our plan to win? But those aren’t the questions plaguing your employees. They’re asking different ones. They’re asking questions like, what does AI mean for my role? What do I need to do differently? Or where do I even start?
And only one in four say they’ve been given those answers. That’s what great leaders do differently. They’re not afraid of the questions their people are already asking, and they answer them with honesty, with clarity, with confidence.
So here’s my question for you: What question aren’t you asking?
