How the advisor works
Useful guidance needs visible boundaries.
The Lead Different advisor is designed for leadership questions. It combines an AI model with a curated FranklinCovey knowledge base, applies disclosure controls, and makes it easy to continue with a human.
Grounded, not infallible
The advisor retrieves approved source material before answering. It can still misunderstand context or produce an incomplete answer, so consequential decisions require human judgment.
Your judgment stays in charge
The advisor can help frame a decision, rehearse a conversation, or suggest a next step. It does not make employment, legal, financial, clinical, or other high-impact decisions.
Sources should be inspectable
When source material supports an answer, the experience identifies it. A source label is evidence to inspect—not a guarantee that every sentence is correct.
Share deliberately
Do not enter confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information. Conversation handling and retention must follow the published privacy policy.
