But here’s what will. Make AI personal. Don’t just explain what AI means for the company. Explain what it means for this team, this role, this project. Because, “Go use AI,” isn’t leadership. “Start here” is.
Leadership isn’t about giving people another tool. It’s about giving them clarity to begin. Don’t ask your leaders to learn AI. Ask them to lead it.
